Application

The machine is mainly composed of feeding system, reversing feeding system, extrusion system, crushing system, front cover system, water cooling system, granulation system, hydraulic system and rotary screen control system. The whole body includes the inner part and the outer part. All drive parts and ancillary facilities are designed inside the machine body. Working parts in contact with materials are set outside the operation panel which is isolated by multiple sealing parts in the middle. The working parts will work in a completely sealed state. All parts in contact with materials can be easily disassembled and cleaned, which can effectively prevent dust leakage and avoid the possibility of polllution. Therefore, it can meet requirements of drug production GMP.

 

Features
This machine is controlled by PLC program. It has frequency conversion adjustment technology and touch screen display. It is convenient to press powder raw materials directly into sheet products and then to form granule products. It takes powder raw materials a short compression time. There is no long heating process, which makes effective components in materials not easy to be damaged. It is especially useful to process materials sensitive to moisture and heat.
